Our whey beer is pure, fresh, and full of character
Remeker whey beer originated from our own whey: a byproduct of cheese making, rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals. This gave rise to an idea – and together with Brouwerij Kleiburg and Brouwerij Het Aambeeld, we turned it into a special beer.
The result is a fresh, sweet, amber-colored beer with an alcohol percentage of 4.5%. You can taste the soft sweetness of lactose, the slight bitterness of amber malt, and a floral, citrusy note from aroma hops. Everything carefully balanced into an accessible, full-bodied, and lively beer that perfectly matches the Remeker philosophy: natural, well-considered, and made with love.

Pilsner malt balanced with the mild sweetness of whey and aromatic hop varieties.
