Our Jersey cows are the heart of Remeker and the source of the rich, creamy milk that makes our products unique. The breed produces milk with a higher calcium and casein content and a striking yellow color, ideal for our cheeses. The cows have free access to herb-rich pastures and receive a varied diet that makes their milk nutritious and flavorful.
